The antioxidant contents in olive oil hep to reduce wrinkles, hence the oil can be used as a good anti-aging product. Olive oil leaves your skin smooth and moist, making you feel fresh and younger.

Green tea is a product we all deserve. This tea has tens of uses to the human body. It is used to detoxify the body and cleanse the blood streams. It has also been linked to help in weight loss. That’s not all, I discovered that it also helps to rejuvenate the skin. The antioxidant components of green tea can help to get rid of acne if used at least twice a day.

4. Chamomile

There is more to Chamomile than the sweet aroma from these flowers. Drinking Chamomile tea can help you with various skin complications. Research shows that Chamomile contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory components which help to treat mild inflammatory skin conditions that may come as a result of using creams with strong chemicals.

5. Baking Soda

Baking soda is also good for skin complications such as acne and inflammations. Add two table spoons of baking soda to a facial wash, apply to the face and leave it for two minutes. Wash with warm water. After washing it off, apply a skin moisturizer because the soda tends to leave the skin dry. It is also not advisable to use baking soda everyday because it contains high levels of sodium which might be harmful to the skin. Hence it should be used up to only three times a week.
