Day 11: The 28 Day Workout Challenge – 17 Days To Go

17 days to go! Have you probably thought that if you counted how many days were left and not how many you had accomplished you’d feel more motivated about working out?

Let’s take a small comparison. If one person says “I have only 17 days left to complete the challenge,” and another “I have only worked for 11 days.”

Who do you think is more likely to stick till the end of the challenge? That’s for you to answer.

Moving right on, today was the last full body day for the week and is how it went;

1. High stepping 30s

2. Side hop 30s

3. Backwards lunge x14

4. Donkey kicks left x14

5. Donkey kicks right x14

6. Wall push-ups x14

7. Butt bridge x14

8. Plank 40s

9. Butt kicks 30s

10. Backward lunge x12

11. Donkey kicks left x12

12. Donkey kicks right x12

13. Wall push-ups x12

14. Butt bridge x12

15. Cobra stretch 30s

16. Child’s pose 30s

17. Knee to chest stretch left 30s

18. Knee to chest stretch right 30s

Our diet plan included;

⁃ Two glasses of lukewarm lemon/turmeric water before breakfast

⁃ Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs + black pepper on black tea

⁃ Lunch: Plain yoghurt + avocado smoothie

⁃ Dinner: Spaghetti (small bowl)

⁃ Team members are encouraged to eat a fruit between meals if they feel super hungry

⁃ Taking a glass of water every two hours
