If you haven’t studied our schedule yet, I’ll explain it to you. We have three days non stop full body workouts, take a rest day, have three more days of abs workouts and take another rest day. Then after that we go back to full body exercises and the cycle continues.

Since today was rest day, we had no workouts, but as usual, we had a diet to stick to.

Check out our meal plan for today ;

⁃ Two glasses of lukewarm lemon/turmeric water before breakfast

⁃ Breakfast: 2 chops of boiled cassava + avocado + 1 tomato + 1 onion

⁃ Lunch: Steamed chicken salad

⁃ Dinner: Carrots + cabbage + tomatoes +onions salad

⁃ Team members are encouraged to eat a fruit between meals if they feel super hungry

⁃ Taking a glass of water every two hours

And that marked the end of day 12. I’m excited for tomorrow because it’s abs day. There’s always something about those, I just love them. Make sure to follow the hashtag #28dayworkoutchallenge if you want to keep up with the latest updates from the challenge.

I use my talents and skills to share love, knowledge, advice and ideas that transform lives. I’m a writer, singer, and occasional dancer. My talents are a gateway for my own experiences and personality to be seen and heard by the world, hoping that a certain woman will be encouraged and fired up to start her own business, hit the studio, work on her body, leave a toxic relationship or do that one thing she’s forever been afraid to do. I have struggled with these and more, hence I understand the need to inspire someone to make that bold move.
