It’s a good day to be alive. It’s a good day to take care of your body, workout, sweat, and shed some belly fat. Its’s a good day for transformation. Let me hear my ladies say that again.

With only nine days left to finish this challenge, I can’t be more excited.

I can’t wait to see and listen to the stories of my team.

I want to hear them tell me the good things they have achieved throughout the entire challenge. I want to hear the stories and laugh and cry and smile. I really can’t wait for day 28.

Here’s what we had on our diet plan:

⁃ Two glasses of lukewarm lemon/turmeric water before breakfast

⁃ Breakfast: Whole wheat cereal + almond milk

⁃ Lunch: Avocado + lettuce + tomato sandwich

⁃ Dinner:carrots + cabbage + tomatoes + onions salad

⁃ Team members are encouraged to eat a fruit between meals if they feel super hungry

⁃ Taking a glass of water every two hours
