It’s another fire abs day and as you all know these are hot days because they make your lower stomach, thighs and legs burn.

I like the feeling of my stomach muscles becoming stronger. It gives me the hope that my abs will show up soon. Thinking about it makes me smile so much. Sadly, this is the last one for this challenge.

Here are our abs exercises:

Rolling planks x20 -2

Sit up to twists x20 -2

Glute bridge leg raise x20 -2

Slow extensions x20 -2

Weighted alternate leg raises x20 -2

Weighted leg raise x20 -2

Plank Jacks x20 -2

Downward dog crunches x20 -2

Visit Marches x20 -2

Our meal plan included;

⁃ Two glasses of lukewarm lemon/turmeric water before breakfast

⁃ Breakfast: Green tea

⁃ Lunch:Lettuce +Onions +tomatoes + avocado salad

⁃ Dinner:Whole wheat cereal

⁃ Team members are encouraged to eat a fruit between meals if they feel super hungry

⁃ Taking a glass of water every two hours
