Day 22: The 28 Day Workout Challenge- 6 Days To Go

Guys, can you believe we are only six days, I mean 1,2,3,4,5,6 days to complete the 28 day workout challenge. Wow, it’s been a long three weeks. We came this far and we’re not giving up.

We have shared lots of tears, laughter, stories and encumbrances. I feel like I know these guys and I feel they are now my family that will forever be part of my life. I’m getting emotional thinking about the idea that I have to let them go. I guess this is how our story was meant to be. Of all things, I’m most definitely grateful.

Take a look at our abs exercises;

Rolling planks x20 -2

Sit up to twists x20 -2

Glute bridge leg raise x20 -2

Slow extensions x20 -2

Weighted alternate leg raises x20 -2

Weighted leg raise x20 -2

Plank Jacks x20 -2

Downward dog crunches x20 -2

Visit Marches x20 -2

Here’s our meal plan for the day;

⁃ Two glasses of lukewarm lemon/turmeric water before breakfast

⁃ Breakfast:2 boiled eggs + black pepper on black tea

⁃ Lunch: Grilled chicken salad

⁃ Dinner: 1 spoon of rice + 1/2 avocado

⁃ Team members are encouraged to eat a fruit between meals if they feel super hungry

⁃ Taking a glass of water every two hours
