I’m so happy to be part of this challenge. I have an amazing team, they’ve been so dedicated and really focused. They have challenged me.

They have challenged my own fitness standards and they have challenged themselves and I am so happy that they have achieved progress in in just four weeks.

In 28 days, I have seen team members who have lost 5 kg, Randy has lost 10 kg others have lost 6 kg, 8 kg, oh my God, this is so inspiring.

This is why I love my work. I love changing lives of people and I just want to see people grow from one stage to the other. I just want to see people advance in whatever they’re doing.

I love to see people feel good about themselves I love to see them feel good about their bodies and that is what the 28 day challenge has been about. It has been about renewing yourself, renewing your your your life and everything you were not comfortable with.

Hi, I’m Joy Akatukunda. I’m a lover. My main goal in life is to inspire and empower women become better versions of themselves. I use my talents and skills to share love, knowledge, advice and ideas that transform lives. I’m a writer, singer, and occasional dancer. My talents are a gateway for my own experiences and personality to be seen and heard by the world, hoping that a certain woman will be encouraged and fired up to start her own business, hit the studio, work on her body, leave a toxic relationship or do that one thing she’s forever been afraid to do. I have struggled with these and more, hence I understand the need to inspire someone to make that bold move.
