We are almost at the end of our 28 day challenge and all I can say is, it’s been a journey of many lessons. We have learnt new things about our bodies, our eating habits and how to adapt to the new changes .

I’m really grateful that I got to do this challenge because it has changed my life. I didn’t know I could lead 12 people to change their lives entirely. My team has become better at making healthy eating decisions, working out and being persistent. I’m excited to see them continue making better choices for their health.

I use my talents and skills to share love, knowledge, advice and ideas that transform lives. I’m a writer, singer, and occasional dancer. My talents are a gateway for my own experiences and personality to be seen and heard by the world, hoping that a certain woman will be encouraged and fired up to start her own business, hit the studio, work on her body, leave a toxic relationship or do that one thing she’s forever been afraid to do. I have struggled with these and more, hence I understand the need to inspire someone to make that bold move.
