Day 26: The 28 Day Workout Challenge – 2 Days To Go

Can you believe this? We are only two days away from completing the 28-day Workout Challenge. This is so amazing! I’ve been emotional this entire week because I was feeling like something beautiful was coming to an end.

I think I had developed a connection with my team and I feel like all that is going away. It’s kinda sad, but I’ll be okay. I’ll definitely be good. I just pray that my students will keep the discipline(fingers crossed).

That said, here are today’s full body exercises:

1. High stepping 30s

2. Side hop 30s

3. Backwards lunge x14

4. Donkey kicks left x14

5. Donkey kicks right x14

6. Wall push-ups x14

7. Butt bridge x14

8. Plank 60s

9. Butt kicks 30s

10. Backward lunge x12

11. Donkey kicks left x12

12. Donkey kicks right x12

13. Wall push-ups x12

14. Butt bridge x12

15. Cobra stretch 30s

16. Child’s pose 30s

17. Knee to chest stretch left 30s

18. Knee to chest stretch right 30s

And, our meal plan included the following.

⁃ Two glasses of lukewarm lemon/turmeric water before breakfast

⁃ Breakfast: Plain yoghurt

⁃ Lunch: Peas + 2 chops of boiled cassava

⁃ Dinner: 2 apples + 2 glasses of water

⁃ Team members are encouraged to eat a fruit between meals if they feel super hungry

⁃ Taking a glass of water every two hours
