It’s the second last day of the 28 day workout challenge. Must feel nice? Yes it does! From my team’s point of view, I’m sure they’re feeling like, “Finally, I don’t have to experience this muscle pain again.”

From my own point of view, it feels like, “Damn girl, you did the unthinkable. You challenged yourself and passed. I’m so proud of you.”

I might be over rating myself a little bit there but, it feels good. Feel good to know that I have been an agent of change, that I made this happen. It really feels good. Anyway, take a look at our last set of workouts for this 28 day workout challenge.

1. High stepping 30s

2. Jumping jacks 30s

3. Arm scissors 16s

4. Bird dog x16

5. Reverse crunches x18

6. Bicycle crunches x16

7. Leg raises x18

8. Plank 60s

9. Butt kicks 30s

10. Arm scissors 14s

11. Bird dog x14

12. Reverse crunches x16

13. Bicycle crunches x14

14. Leg raises x16

15. Cobra stretch 30s

16. Child’s pose 30s

17. Lying twist stretch left 30s

18. Lying twist stretch right 30s

Here’s what we had on our diet plan:

⁃ Two glasses of lukewarm lemon/turmeric water before breakfast

⁃ Breakfast: Oatmeal(small bowl)

⁃ Lunch: Plain yoghurt

⁃ Dinner: Rice + peas

⁃ Team members are encouraged to eat a fruit between meals if they feel super hungry

⁃ Taking a glass of water every two hours
