It’s been a long time coming. I just want to congratulate every single person who made it to day 28 with me. It’s not easy, it has never been easy.
Today I’m going to be sharing some stories from some from of the people on my team. I’m going to be sharing their success and progress that they have achieved throughout this 28 day workout challenge.
When Shady texted me, I wasn’t sure she wanted to part of the challenge. I honestly thought she was messing with me. Look at us now. She stuck to the exercises and a healthy diet and lost a whole 5.8kg. When we started, she was 68kg but now she is at 62.2kg.
May and I had been chatting a while so when the challenge came up she told me she wanted to be part of it. May isn’t like someone whose weight is worrying so I was like “Girl, you serious?” And she was, very serious. May came all the way from 58.3kg to 52.2kg, losing a whole 6.1 kg.
I almost had the same feeling about Randy as I did with Shady. He didn’t seem serious about the challenge. Guess what? 28 days later, he has lost a whole 9.5kg. I was shocked and amazed by his results. He started at at 95kg and is now at 85.5kg. That’s the power of discipline.
That’s just about the guys who were okay with sharing their progress. I guess the rest were not comfortable sharing their results publicly.
