Today was super awesome, I should say. Especially for my team. Why? Because day 4 is rest day.
They were dying. Their muscles were crying out for this rest and they got it. They were overjoyed when I said it was rest day, I could feel it.
So for today, I hope they got that much needed rest and ready for tomorrow. I’m specifically excited for tomorrow because it’s abs day. I just love abs days. Well, the burn the most but they feel the best. I can’t wait to see how they’ll react to tomorrow’s exercises.
Here’s what we had on our diet plan:
⁃ Two glasses of lukewarm water before breakfast
⁃ Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs + black pepper on black tea
⁃ Lunch: Plain yogurt + avocado smoothie
⁃ Dinner: Spaghetti (small bowl)
