Day 6: The 28 Day Workout Challenge – New Set Of Abs Exercises

My team was not ready for what hit them today. I sent them a whole new set of core workouts. I got these wonderful exercises from my friend and fitness coach Wheress Sinead from London.

She’s so gorgeous and her body is total goals. She has those abs we all dream about (Okay, maybe not you, but me, haha. I absolutely love her abs.)

I sent the team a video and outline of the workouts. Some of them were happy, I mean because the more intense a workout is, the more calories you burn and the sooner you lose weight. Other complained about the exercises being too hard, but they still managed to try them out, at least for one set.

Here’s the list of our abs exercises for today:

1. Rolling planks x20 -3

2. Sit up to twists x20 -3

3. Glute bridge leg raises x20 -3

4. Slow extensions x20 -3

5. Weighted alternate leg raises x20 -3

6. Weighted leg raise x20 -3

7. Plank Jacks x20 -3

8. Downward dog crunches(10 each side) x20 -3

9. Visit Marches x20 -3

Note: The 3 at the end of each exercise represents the number of sets and the 20s represents repeats.

Our meal plan:

⁃ Two glasses of lukewarm lemon/turmeric water before breakfast

⁃ Breakfast: Oatmeal + fruit of choice

⁃ Lunch: 2 medium slices Of Watermelon and 1 banana

⁃ Dinner: 1 medium slice of pumpkin and avocado

⁃ Team members are encouraged to eat a fruit between meals if they feel super hungry

⁃ Taking a glass of water every two hours

And that was it for day 6.
