A weight loss smoothie, also known as a Detox smoothie is usually packed with fiber and protein-rich foods in order to make you last some good hours without feeling hungry. This is so because Weight loss smoothies are used as meal replacements in order to cut down on the amount of food one takes in a day. A basic weight loss smoothie constrains leafy green vegetables, fruits, and some fat-free yogurt.

Fat Burning Smoothie

Here is a recipe for a weight loss smoothie that will give you results fast.

Ingredients
• Spinach
• 1 Banana
• 1 Apple
• 1 Cup of water
• Glass of plain yogurt

Instructions
• Wash the fruits and vegetables to be used in making the smoothie.
• Slice 1 Banana and 1 Apple into small pieces
• Blend the spinach to make 1 cup of juice
• Add the slices of the Banana and Apple to the spinach juice
• Add half a glass of water and half a glass of yogurt and blend till the mixture is smooth

Pour smoothie into a clean glass and enjoy it. It is advisable to have these smoothies for breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. Your third meal of the day depends on you, but it should be very low in calorie content since the goal is to lose but not gain weight.
