Ever since I hosted the first edition of the 28 day workout challenge, I have never looked back. At first it was just because I wanted to prove this girl who said it was not possible to lose weight in 28 days wrong, but soon after, my vision and goals for the challenge changed.
After interacting with the people who had signed up, I realized a need. There was an experience gap. These people were hungry for change, they had had enough; they hungered for transformation.
Good enough, I had been working out for a while and I had studied a lot about exercise, healthy eating and applied it to my own life and it had helped, so I knew I could help them too.
Today, I launched the third edition of this challenge and I’m really excited for growth.
