Well, we started the day on a good note. Everyone woke up in high spirits, did their workouts, shared their results and we had a little talk.

We mostly talk about food, the exercises, they ask if they should eat certain things or not and any other health or fitness tips.

As the day went, things got a bit complicated. Gracia sent a picture of a Black Forest cake to the group and we all went crazy. She was actually sitting right there confused and disturbed. A huge piece of cake was before her, screaming her name “Gracia, Gracia eat me please. I’m dying to make your taste buds tingle.”

Of course, a cake can’t talk(ignore the things that go on in my head sometimes). Now no one said they wanted it, in fact, everyone was telling Gracia to give away the cake or throw it into the bin. But I know , deep down, we all wanted a piece of it(crying). But we’ve got to stick to the plan. She had to discard it after hours of contemplating and crying. It was a tough time for her, trust me.

Enough of the stories, here’s our list of exercises we did today:

1. Jumping jacks 30s

2. Side hops 30s

3. Mountain climber x12

4. Donkey kicks left x12
