Improves your mood

Exercise can be an excellent mood booster because it enables your body to produce chemicals known as endorphins which trigger a positive feeling in your body and improve your general mood. This is why exercise can make a difference for people battling anxiety and depression.

Helps control addiction

Exercise such as going for runs can be a great help to people struggling and recovering from addictions. Exercise just like addiction activates the reward- pathway which gives the same feel-good emotions that addicts get from their addiction.
